We are thrilled to announce that Dan Kevorkian has been recognized as a 2024 APEX Broker of the Year for Agricultural Land Crops Sales and named one of the Top Twenty National Producers in the country by the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI).

This prestigious recognition is part of the RLI APEX Awards Program, now in its eighth year and sponsored by The Land Report. The APEX Awards celebrate excellence among land real estate professionals who demonstrate outstanding performance, integrity, and dedication in the industry. All recipients are active RLI members who achieved a minimum of $5 million in qualifying land sales volume in 2024.

Dan received his award during the 2025 National Land Conference in Tucson, Arizona, on March 18, at a special ceremony hosted by RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, and The Land Report’s Editor Eric O’Keefe. The event also featured special guest Russell True, founder of the True Ranches Collection.

The 2024 APEX Awards Program welcomed 255 applicants, representing a combined $8.9+ billion in transactions, 9,255 sides, and over 1.2 million acres sold—a true testament to the competitive excellence of this year’s honorees.

Being named both a National Award Winner and one of the Top 20 Producers nationally places Dan among the elite land professionals in the country, recognized not only for production but also for professionalism and leadership in land brokerage.

Dan’s success will also be featured in The Land Report’s Spring 2024 issue, RLI’s Terra Firma magazine, and additional promotions throughout the year.
